Computer Classroom. Students will be faced with learning a multimedia application called Premiere Elements.  This application allows students to take pictures , digital video data and prepare a broadcast or commercial.  As a result, students must, (once given an assignment) prepare information in the form of a narrative that they must record.  Once completed, they must concentrate on finding material that visually explains their narrative.  Students must process the information they get and organize the material.  They must decide how they want to present this material in a logical manner.  Once the material, pictures, sound have been obtainted they then must learn how to incorporate the material into the application.  Students learn lennier progression, audio, video layout, then learn about transitions, time factors to bring their commercial into the time limit stage.

CORRECTIVES AND ENRICHMENT:

Corrective-

By its very nature, practice develops the manipulation skills to a finer and finer point.  A variety of projects to develop the skill such as timed exercise that involves the same paragraphs enforces correction.  Students become better the more times they work on additional projects

Enrichment:

Once students have mastered the motor skills needed for keyboarding then we continue to build students speed not only in the timed exercise but in other article, and journal exercises.
